Our apartment is designed for those seeking a luxurious and affordable experience in historic downtown Warsaw. Uniquely situated on Krakowskie Przedmieście, the accommodation is across the street from Poland’s Presidential Palace and the famous Bristol Hotel.
Located on the Royal Route, the property is a mere five-minutes walk from the renowned Royal Castle, the Old Town Market Place, Piłsudski Square, and the Grand Theatre– home of the Polish National Opera.
It goes without saying that the apartment’s location and reasonable pricing is stellar, highly competitive even with the lavish and famed Ruffles Hotel located directly adjacent to our property. However, what really sets it apart is its bespoke furniture, designer-led interiors, and solitude as the only apartment on the floor, all of which creates an atmosphere of peace and seclusion in the heart of bustling Warsaw.

- Arrival at the property: The property will contact you a few days before arrival to provide information about key collection.
- Pets are not allowed. We charge a fee of PLN 2,000 for ozonation and washing the equipment of the entire apartment. The facility is also intended for people allergic to animals.
- Smoking of tobacco and similar products is strictly prohibited in the facility (including on balconies and terraces), including electric appliances. We charge a fee of PLN 2,000 for ozonation and washing the equipment of the entire apartment.
- Organization of events and receptions is prohibited. We charge a post-event cleaning fee of PLN 2,000 plus any other costs related to accommodation.
- The apartment is prepared for the number of people reported during the booking process. The daily fee for each additional person is PLN 500.
- Night curfew applies from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m
