The hotel day lasts from 16:00 to 10:00. Check-in is possible until 18:00.

Confirmation of the reservation is the payment of the deposit – information about the amount is provided when making the reservation based on the length of stay. The deadline for paying the deposit and the payment details will be available after submitting the initial reservation. The details of the reservation and payment will also be sent to you by e-mail.

As a customer, you have the option to return / cancel the ordered service in accordance with the booking conditions. You have the right to withdraw from the contract / cancel the reservation in accordance with the conditions described when placing the order.

You also have the right to make a complaint – complaints must be submitted on arrival or during your stay, so that the property can react immediately. Complaints should be submitted by phone or e-mail.

The person booking the accommodation through this form agrees to the processing of personal data in order to organize the accommodation and accepts the terms of cancellation and payment for the reservation.

12. OBLIGATIONS OF TENANTS

a) It is not allowed to host more people in the apartment than reported during the reservation process. For all unreported persons that stay overnight in the apartment 500 PLN will be charged for every additional person a day.

b) The tenant is obliged to leave the apartment in the same condition as at the beginning of the stay. It is forbidden to move furniture and household appliances.

c) The tenant assumes full material liability for any kind of damage or destruction of equipment and technical devices arising from his own or other inhabitants’ fault during the rental agreement.

e) The tenant is obliged to pay particular attention to the proper handling of water valves and electrical devices.

f) SMOKING CIGARETTES OR ANY OTHER SUBSTANCE IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN. Smoking is subject to a penalty of 2 000 PLN.

e) ORGANIZING ANY KIND OF PARTIES IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN. The organization of a party without the owners’ written approval is subject to a penalty of 2 000 PLN.

f) STAY OF THE PETS ONLY WITH OWNER’S WRITTEN PERMISSION. Failure to declare an arrival with an animal is subject to a penalty of 2 000 PLN.

g) The tenant leaves the apartment in order:

  1. – WASHED DISHES;
  2. – DISPOSED WASTE;
  3. – TOWELS LEFT IN THE BATHROOM.
  5. h)For safety reasons there is monitoring in the common parts of the building.
