The apartment is located surrounded by greenery, next to the trail leading to Świeradowiec (1037 m above sea level), Polana Izerska and further to Hala Izerska and Stóg Izerski (1105 m above sea level), in the immediate vicinity of the Jizera Dark Sky Park and in the vicinity of the SkyWalk tower (approx. 250 m). . The location next to tourist trails provides crystal clear air, beautiful views during the day and the opportunity to observe the stars at night.
From the apartment it is a 2-hour drive to Prague in the Czech Republic or Dresden in Germany. Numerous famous medieval castles (Czocha, Książ, Chojnik) at your fingertips.
Exceptionally high rooms with a high standard of up to 5.5 m and spacious interiors, for those who like comfort, 95 m2, two-story apartment, large terrace, balcony and beautiful views of the mountains.
Guests can use a Finnish sauna (which can be used after booking one day in advance), a dedicated room for bicycles and skis, and a parking space in the underground garage.
The kitchen is equipped with, among others: with an induction hob, fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle and kitchen utensils. The apartment has a TV, orange channels, washing machine, dryer, fireplace, work desk, and 1GB Internet. There are deckchairs and loungers available on the terrace.

- Pets are not allowed. We charge a fee of PLN 2,000 for ozonation and washing the equipment of the entire apartment. The facility is also intended for people allergic to animals.
- Smoking of tobacco and similar products is strictly prohibited in the facility (including on balconies and terraces), including electric appliances. We charge a fee of PLN 2,000 for ozonation and washing the equipment of the entire apartment.
- Organization of events and receptions is prohibited. We charge a post-event cleaning fee of PLN 2,000 plus any other costs related to accommodation.
- The apartment is prepared for the number of people reported during the booking process. The daily fee for each additional person is PLN 500.
